Today the kids found a baby bird. I love that they love animals and want to try to save it. Brings me back to my childhood. I'm still surprised I didn't grow up doing more with animals.

Well in all their excitement they ran upstairs to ask if they could bring it in. I told them yes and they ran back down to get it and it was gone. They are outside now trying to see if it will reappear.

I love being here where we are surrounded by critters. We have them everywhere and it's great! :)
