Busy Day

We had a very busy day today!

It started at 5:45 am when I took Dustin to work. I'd taken nyquil before bed, and it hadn't even began to wear off!

I then came home, woke kids up, and hopped in the shower.

Then Jacey and I took Duke to the vet. Today was his BIG day.

I came home hoping for a nice quiet morning nap dog free. I didn't get it.

Housing called and the manager of the matinence came out this time to see the carpet.

I WON!! We are getting new carpet in Jace's room.

We still have to deal with the pest problem and Logan's room. Pest guy is coming tomorrow, and Manager guy said if I can find evidence that the stink is in Logan's carpet, we'll get new carpet in there too.

So needless to say I'm hitting his room hard tomorrow!

Duke is home tonight and Doc said his surgery went very well. He wasn't supposed to get pain meds until the morning but by 11 tonight he was wandering the house whining. He just didn't know what to do with himself. I caved and gave him his pain meds early. It worked like a charm. He's sound asleep now.

I also threw together a quick game for our RS meeting tomorrow night. I hope it turns out like I have it planned in my head! :)
