My Poor Nose!

Today was splint removal day! Yay, or yuck. It was gross. They were huge, 3"long. I had to have a few stitches removed as well. I also found out I have "a zipper of stitches" up my septum, could explain the pain huh? I'm just thrilled to be on the road to recovery. He put me on two weeks "light duty". Did he forget I have 3 kids? I think so.
Yesterday I went on an old navy adventure for the boys. It's nice that they wear the same size, I just bought a few of everything and they can sort out who wants what. I love their sales, 200 dollars and they are set for spring and summer! I did throw in a few things for Jace, but not much.
I've ben on a little shopping spree trying to get things for the new house. I have a list, it keeps growing though. Hopefully I can knock out the rest with out too much damage to the checking account. Who am I trying to kid?
I got to talk to Dustin tonight for a while. He is beginning to think we won't get this assignment changed in time and will end up in the desert. I'm trying really hard to be okay with that. He wants to move us in with his parents for our last month here. That way we can save up a bit and make sure we have everything we need for the new place. He wants to make sure I get all the silly things I think I 'need'. He spoils me :)
The only problem with moving is it will be in one month! He told me to start clearing out all the stuff I'm not taking to the new house. All of it- he wants it gone. This means, I'm taking down bunkbeds and cleaning out the storage, and everything, by my self! How fair is that? He'll miss it all! Sometimes I wonder if he plans these things out to his advantage.
So now I'm in garage sale mode. I worked on the kids room a bit tonight. I'm wondering how much of his old clothes I should get rid of. He's lost 50lbs. I doubt anything in his closet is going to fit. Oh darn, more shopping! It's just that D is so attatched to his things. I might have to wait for him to get home to do anything with his clothes.
My big plan for tomorrow is, well, it's Logan's birthday! YAY my big 11 year old! But I am going to try making a few phone calls to the EFMP offices at Irwin and Lewis to see if anyone can help get things moving along (in the direction I want). Hopefully I'll have some luck.
Time to do some dishes and get things put together so i can hop into my warm bed, it's chilly tonight.... I hate the snow! Maybe deserts not too bad.....
